Program Director - Have complete responsibility for fundraising, publicity, and promotion of athletic programs for the Boys and Girls Club. Supervise a staff of four in addition to 24 part-time officials. Through new recruiting procedures, have increased participation in athletic programs over 15%. Played a key role in fundraising solicitations and sports team sponsorship, which produced 48% more revenue than originally budgeted. Recruit volunteer coaches and train and supervise large numbers of part-time staff. Through close coordination, have vastly improved relations with agencies and organizations which the Club depends on for use of their facilities. Plan, organize, and schedule leagues and special events.
