Sales And Operations—Managed sales and operations for this supplier of building materials.  Given a mandate to improve sales and service for this under-performing branch. Introduced new product lines and significantly enhanced customer service. Through improved cooperation between departments, took the next day delivery rate on purchase orders from 94% to 98.4%. Exceeded corporate goals for sales, gross margins, inventory turns. Increased sales 40% in eleven months. 

General Manager—Managed all aspects of the business including sales and operations for this manufacturer of concrete construction products. Increased sales to existing accounts by 50% to 150% each. Introduced new product lines, accounting for 30% of the sales growth. Continually refined procedures that improved production and service. These efforts resulted in a tripling of sales over eight years.

Director of Operations—For this distributor of imported household goods and accessories, oversee all aspects of operations as well as sales and marketing.

By strengthening the sales force, realigning the product line, and setting up effective processes, took an eight year old company from $700,000 in annual sales to $2.8 million in three years. Implemented new office procedures and office systems that have cut showroom labor costs by $30,000 annually.
