Space Planner
- Worked closely with architects and designers to develop space plans for the
company’s new corporate headquarters building. Gathered and analyzed data from
department managers and employees on equipment, space, and communications
requirements, departmental functions, and planned growth.
Created
a space plan based on user needs, space allocation formulas, requirements for
shared equipment, and the distribution of environmental support systems.
Developed a furniture standard for all operational levels which improved the
visual quality of the work environment, achieved a unified design throughout
the building, and significantly reduced furniture expenditures.
