Produce weekly status reports and attend project meetings to answer questions and provide reports concerning progress and problem areas. Work effectively with engineering and production to resolve problems as they occur. Quickly established a reputation for handling difficult assignments and completing them ahead of schedule.

Mechanical Drafter - Draft details, assemblies, and injection molded parts for cardiovascular monitoring equipment. Frequently use true positional tolerancing and dimensioning. Due to problems with drafting consistency, developed and introduced drafting standards. The new standards have significantly increased drawing quality and staff efficiency.
