For this food distributor, supervise three computer operators and have responsibility for completing all computer runs on schedule. Produce an average of 30 reports and 40 customer orders daily. Personally run all period end reports and all special reports for managers and customers. Established an effective training program which has been key in reducing turnover from 80% to 15% and has increased productivity substantially. In 1997, 1998, and 1999 had the highest operations productivity among eight branches.

Solely responsible for the third shift operation of three large mainframe computer systems. Troubleshoot all phases of computer operations and coordinate with vendors concerning equipment malfunctions. Designed and implemented production job standards and operations documentation procedures, enabling systems analysts to produce more effective new software systems. Work closely with system analysts concerning the operation of software and user documentation. Responsible for maintenance and control of production schedules and system documentation. Recognized for maintaining an excellent on-time delivery record.
