For developers, negotiate and draft real estate contracts, loan agreements, agreements with municipalities, and handle construction litigation and hearings before public agencies.

Represented a developer on a 654 unit project in Sanderford. Handled hearings with the City, and in the face of heavy citizen opposition, negotiated approval of 548 units.

Successfully defended a closely held corporation with $18 million in annual sales against a minority shareholder’s suit for dissolution. Trial court decision affirmed by the State Court of Appeals.

Successfully defended in federal court against a claim of a disappointed bidder for a dam contract, resulting in a savings of over $14 million.
